Thank you for all the recent support, I’ve noticed especially a lot of support for my Gaga artwork. Thank you little monsters!

This is an old drawing, It was done last year, but I never posted it online. Here it is, dug up from my files and released!

Sorry there’s not much new artwork recently. I am up to my neck in University coursework. I hope to have some time to do more Gaga and 2NE1 artwork in the next month or so. I also have the work for ‘Playful Promises’ which will be revealed as soon as the project is completed with the client. :)

As mentioned in my last post I am working on some images for Playful Promises and this is just a tiny bit of the sketching I’ve been doing over the last couple of days.

Of course, not all this ‘teaser’ artwork is not necesarily final and might end up being changed, edited or scrapped during the process with the client. Once the Project is completed I can show the full artwork, but until then, I’ll only be providing teasers like this. More to come soon!

((I know the order of some of these styles might be incorrect and I’ve missed out some hairstyles as well, so please don’t complain about it, I can always add to it later!))

In fact, the best thing about this image is I can just keep adding and adding to it as her hair continues to change or I remember ones I’ve missed. :)

Here is my entry for V Magazine’s ‘Drawn this way 3’ contest. It’s Lady Gaga from her press conference in Taipei earlier this month. (sorry about the watermark on this version. I don’t want it posted without credit)

I think I got my entry in on time. I got a weird email back saying the winners will be announced on July 7th, and yet this contest started around July 15th… so I am a little confused!) anyway! lets hope it makes it into the contest and I am crossing my fingers I win, but I will be happy enough knowing Gaga will possibly see my art.

For an exhibition in London I made some ink paintings inspired by Japanese Street Fashion in Harajuku. Many of the images were inspired by the ‘Street Snaps’ from the Japanese fashion magazine KERA. The image above is just one of these. There are more to come!
